the night before I moved into my room, we were staying at a Holiday Inn or something like that and 3/4 of my stuff got stolen out the back of my van. Most of it is just stupid stuff that can be replaced (like all the books for my schoolyear, clothes, decorations, food, shoes, electronics, etc), but there were a few things that obviously cant be replaced easily, or at all (like my Nubian beads I got in S. Egypt, Issac's graduation nut necklace [sorry ic :(], my 1903 copy of Latin 101, etc). Lucky my computer/ipod was up in my room, and they left at least SOME of my clothes there. Bleh...
Besides that everything is wonderful. I have the nicest room in Langlow, which is an absurdly large house on the edge of campus for Freshman Honors students. I've obviously met tons of people, and am overall enjoying myself immensly. Truth be told, I've been waiting for this for 3 years, and its nice to have finally arrived...
